Chelsee Heu, Director
Magnolia Surrogacy was created with the intention of helping grow families. Founder Chelsee Heu successfully built a career as a public servant who protected families. But, in 2016 she was fearless in her pursuit to also help grow families and became a surrogate. Chelsee was matched with Intended Parent Joy Zhu, for whom Chelsee would carry a baby for the next 9 months.
In 2017 following their completed surrogacy, Chelsee and Joy founded Kindred Surrogacy. Located and operated in Central California, Kindred Surrogacy works with local surrogates to help intended parents from across the United States and around the world grow their families.
In 2020, Chelsee relocated to Oklahoma to be closer to her family. While here, she saw a need for a local surrogacy agency. With this, Magnolia Surrogacy was created. Built on hope, courage and care, Chelsee and her team are committed to providing the same exceptional service and personalized support to all intended parents and surrogates.
Jessica Sutton, Surrogate Coordinator
Jessica Sutton is the Surrogate Coordinator at Magnolia Surrogacy. She has been in the surrogacy world for over a decade and finds her job very fulfilling. She is an experienced surrogate having done multiple surrogacy journeys and feels her personal experience has given her the knowledge to guide surrogates on their journey.
Jessica works with prospective surrogates, current surrogates and intended parents and helps them understand the process from beginning to end. She guides them and helps answer questions that may come up along the way. She assists with coordinating medical care, counseling, and providing any emotional support that may be beneficial. She loves her job and is very passionate about surrogacy. She strives to show that passion in the work she does with her surrogates and intended parents.
